  • How can I buy your products?
    We do not sell anything:
    we are not a store and we don’t have a warehouse; we organise buying groups, which we often participate ourselves, and all our accessories are “build to order”.
  • Where can I find your price list?
    Nowhere:
    prices depend on several factors some of which change over time so that with each buying group they are redefined.
  • Is it possible to order your parts outside of a buying group?
    Yes,
    we are always available for help by individual orders, as we also do for our prototypes, but so far the cost has put off those who had requested them.
  • What colors are your products available in?
    No colors:
    only natural sandblasted aluminium for all our sheet metal products. Other surface treatments, no matter how easily they can be performed, would raise their production cost and final price excessively.
  • Can I get your templates and produce the parts myself?
    No.
    Not on single request nor as an exception or alternative to buying groups. When we decide to make public our models in any other way, we communicate this on the blog, and in that case for everyone and under clear conditions.
  • Why does an order with you take so long?
    Because we move as a community.
    For a buying group to be finalized, it must wait for all participants to confirm and pay for their purchases in advance.
    Then you add production and transportation time, up to five weeks, possible processing by us, and shipping to different countries with different lead times.
  • What else do I need to fit your parts?
    Your tools;
    Our kits include all the necessary mounting material,
    if they did not reuse the originals.
